A continuation of 30 days of kink
Day 27: Do your non-kink interests ever find their way into your kinky activities? If so, how?
The crossover for me is ongoing. Kinky activities are a big part of my personal pleasure, so I’ll often be thinking of some way to kinkify elements of most of my interests outside of the bedroom.
Most recently in furniture making, that developed to kinky furniture development. Including a solidly built four poster suspension bed, with over 20 meters of moveable bondage rails built into the design. Now a range of other bondage furniture in the works.
Then there’s massage that becomes sadistic with deep tissue pressure points, when I explicitly know the recipient is a masochist.
Photographic composition that develops into various aspects of play photography.
Even getting my partner to make me a barista coffee, becomes kinky when she does it in nothing more than a collar and cuffs.
I can’t think of any non-kink activity I haven’t thought of a way to add kink into it at some point.
So rather than non-kink finding its way into kink. For me, kink has much more of a habit of finding its way into otherwise non-kink. All the time!
